Down the Narrow Path

I had my weekly check up at the midwife this morning and found some interesting news: bub wasn't due until TODAY! June 15th! Here's why the confusion...

My original EDD (estimated date of delivery) was the 15th of June. Then, when I had an ultrasound later in pregnancy, the reading gave a new due date of the 12th of June, according to bub's size. I just assumed that that was my new and true EDD, but I didn't know that Leigh (my midwife) was still going off of the original one. I found out that the first EDD given is more accurate than any later ones given.

So, a bit of rambling to say that I'm actually due today! My midwife also told me that she doesn't think I'll deliver for at least another 3 days, due to some medical signs that I don't think I need to go into!
